Payment Data Handling

Transaction identifiers from UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are processed solely to confirm payment status and are not stored in plain text. We never hold full card numbers or net-banking credentials — those are handled directly by the payment provider.

Data Retention Schedule

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for the minimum period required by applicable Indian financial regulations after closure. Once the retention period expires, data is deleted from our systems and backups within 30 days.
