Yes. Every transaction made through UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or any other supported payment method on 2ess3.com is governed by these Terms. The individual payment provider's own terms also apply alongside ours for the payment leg of each transaction.

We will email you at your registered address at least seven days before any material change takes effect. If you continue using your account after that notice period, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. You may close your account before the changes apply if you do not agree.

Yes. Email [email protected] with the subject line 'Historical Terms Request' and include your account registration date. We keep dated copies of all previous versions and will send the relevant version within three business days.

Raise a dispute through the Help section of your account dashboard within 30 days of the transaction date. We review the transaction log, the relevant clause, and the payment provider's record, then issue a written resolution within five business days of receiving your dispute.

We will notify you by email explaining the clause under which the suspension was applied. You have the right to appeal in writing within 14 days. We will review your appeal and respond with a final decision within seven business days of receiving it.

Access to 2ess3.com and participation in its games and wagering features depend on local law in your specific state or region. The Terms apply uniformly to all accounts, but access itself is conditional on your use being lawful under the laws applicable to your location.
